Our Purpose: A Better Life for Everyone

Nourish is not simply a technology company; we are a digital partner for the social and health care sector rooted in human connections, with the person being supported at its core. We offer a range of co-produced software solutions tailored to the unique challenges of care, while still being flexible enough to meet the specific needs of each individual service we work with.

We are at an exciting stage of growth. While we are the market leader, we remain ambitious and dedicated to our mission. We continue to revolutionise the sector by investing in our platform and our incredible employees who make this impact possible.

Our Ecosystem

At Nourish, you will contribute to a sophisticated ecosystem that includes:

  • Technology that impacts a million people every day: Our core products are used by over 425,000 carers to support 417,000+ individuals
  • The Nourish Partnership Programme (NPP): A sector-leading programme that manages strategic integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless data syncing and interoperability across the care journey.

Our Culture & Values

We Look For People Who Align With The Way We Work. If You Join Us, You Are Joining a Culture Defined By

  • Making a Difference: We remember who we serve. We are passionate about making a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of carers and those we support
  • Agility: We continuously refine and adapt. There is no room for complacency here; we are driven to constantly review and improve our products and processes.
  • Collective Effort: We help each other out because we know that when one person wins, we all win. It’s "all hands-on deck" - everyone is in it together.
  • Every Person Counts: We treat everyone as a very significant part of our community. We welcome people being their true and authentic selves and value the diverse perspectives they bring.
  • Openness to Learning: We believe no question is a silly question and all insights are valuable. Mistakes are part of the improvement process; we dust ourselves off and begin again.

The Team & Role

We are looking for a Product Consultant to join our Product Consulting team at an exciting stage in Nourish's growth. You will play a pivotal role in helping our customer facing teams become true product experts, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence and capability to demonstrate the value of our solutions and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.

This is a highly visible and influential role that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Professional Services. You will help shape how product expertise is developed across the organisation, creating engaging learning experiences, coaching colleagues, building compelling customer demonstrations and ensuring our teams can confidently connect our products to the real world challenges faced by care providers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As part of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to define new approaches, introduce innovative ideas and make a lasting impact on both individual development and business success. Your work will directly influence how we bring our products to market, support customers throughout their journey and ultimately contribute to our mission of improving care through thoughtful technology.

  • Create and maintain engaging learning journeys, workshops, coaching programmes and educational resources that support ongoing development of customer facing colleagues.
  • Build, manage and evolve compelling product demonstration environments across the Nourish portfolio, tailoring demonstrations to specific care settings, service types and customer challenges to bring our value proposition to life.
  • Develop product competency frameworks for customer facing roles and use tools such as Jiminny to assess capability, identify development opportunities and provide coaching that enhances product expertise and customer engagement skills.
  • Act as a trusted product expert, supporting customer facing teams in prospect and customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations and strategic engagements to help communicate value and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively captured, understood and translated into meaningful product insight, while supporting closed loop communication back to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure enablement content, messaging and training materials remain aligned with product strategy and roadmap developments.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience working within Product Enablement, Solution Consulting, Learning and Development or Go To Market functions in an outcomes driven environment. Existing experience of working with, implementing, supporting or championing Nourish products is desirable and may be considered in place of some of the above.
  • Technical/Functional Alignment: Experience designing and delivering learning, enablement or coaching programmes that improve capability, confidence and performance, and supporting technology adoption, organisational change or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Sector Interest: A genuine interest in the UK social care sector and how technology can improve interoperability.
  • Mindset: A pragmatic, collaborative, and warm approach to problem-solving.
  • Coaching Mindset: A natural educator and coach who enjoys helping others develop their expertise and confidence.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences from frontline users through to senior leaders, and to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging and relevant messages for different audiences.
  • Consultative Approach: Strong consultative and problem solving skills, combining curiosity, commercial awareness and customer focus, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into meaningful customer outcomes and business value.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Highly collaborative, with a track record of building strong relationships across multiple teams and disciplines. Comfortable working in a fast moving environment where priorities evolve, and self motivated, proactive and excited by the opportunity to shape and influence a growing function.
