As a Product Content & Merchandising Executive

You’ll take care of the online presentation of Jet2holidays' accommodation portfolio ensuring high‑impact imagery, accurate content, and seamless digital presentation that supports conversion and drives sales performance. This role ensures a high level of accuracy across all digital distribution channels that maximise visibility, customer engagement, and commercial results.

Please note that this role will be offered as a 20 month Fixed Term Contract to provide cover for a colleague who been seconded to another department.

  • Responsible for the online presentation of new and existing properties, including on sale processing, image sourcing, amends, content-related errata and content tracking e.g. photoshoot/renovation
  • Maintains key content trackers, ensuring accuracy across digital channels. Responsible for following up on missing or incorrect content as necessary to ensure high‑quality customer experience
  • Conducts website and merchandising reviews across the portfolio, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing actions where required
  • Manage ad-hoc content amend requests from both external and internal sources, ensuring requests align with merchandising standards, customers experience and trading priorities
  • Continually review processes being used and make recommendations for improvements for your area of expertise
  • Supports ad-hoc property content and merchandising actions as and when required

  • Strong digital merchandising and content management skills, including image processing and website updates
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate trackers and ensure high-quality, consistent content
  • Good organisational skills and self-driven
  • Ability to confidently communicate with business stakeholders, as well as hotel partners and suppliers
  • Have a good level of creativity and accuracy in the English language
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages
  • Experience and knowledge of the travel industry would be desirable
  • Occasional overseas travel may be required.
