Role Overview

Product Content Writer | London HQ (Old Street) | On-site (5 days/week)

We’re looking for a Product Content Writer to help shape how Fresha’s partners and customers understand and experience our products. Working closely with Product, Design, Marketing and Product Education, you’ll create engaging Help Centre content, launch communications, video scripts and in-product copy that make complex features simple. As Fresha continues to grow globally, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of content that supports new product launches, improves the user experience and helps bring our mission to life!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Content Development: Own the end-to-end creation of Help Centre articles and feature release communications, delivering high-quality content that helps our partners get the most out of Fresha.
  • Product Expertise: Partner with Product Managers to develop a deep understanding of feature functionality, becoming a product expert and translating complex product information into clear, engaging content.
  • Go-to-Market & UX Copy: Bring new product launches to life through engaging content that communicates the value of new features to our partners and customers. Review and contribute to UX copy that makes new features clear, intuitive and easy to use, working closely with Product, Marketing and Design teams.
  • Video Script Writing: Create engaging Fresha Academy video scripts that bring products to life and help our partners build confidence in using the platform.
  • AI Innovation: Contribute to content that powers our AI capabilities, helping shape how users interact with Fresha and supporting the future of product education.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of content projects from idea to delivery, driving collaboration across teams and ensuring content is ready to support product launches.

What We Are Looking For

  • Content Writing: Excellent content writing experience in a technical, product, or SaaS environment, with a proven ability to create clear, engaging and user-friendly content.
  • Documentation: Experience creating Help Centre content, technical documentation, or similar user-facing materials is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to bring content to life across different audiences and formats.
  • Adaptability: A natural curiosity for learning new technologies and the ability to turn complex product features into simple, accessible content that helps users get the most out of Fresha.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative approach to working with Product, Marketing and Design teams, bringing ideas to the table and helping turn product knowledge into impactful content.
  • Ownership: A proactive, organised approach with the ability to take ownership of multiple projects, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality content that makes a difference.
  • Systems: Familiarity with content management systems, Figma, Miro and documentation tools is a plus.
