Ready to Kickstart Your Career in Product & Ops?
Are you a recent graduate or high-potential early-career talent looking for the ultimate launchpad into the world of data and AdTech? VIOOH is looking for a curious, proactive, and analytical Product & Customer Solutions Associate to join our team in London.
We don’t expect you to have years of industry experience on day one—industry knowledge is far less critical to us at this stage than your communication, level-headed approach, and problem-solving mindset. If you are eager to learn, love deconstructing problems, and want to work on global platforms, we will provide all the training and mentorship you need to thrive.
Location: London, Paddington (Hybrid). You will enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with a minimum of 20% of your time spent in our London office to collaborate with the team.
About the Role
As a Product & Customer Solutions Associate, you will play a key operational role bridging our global DSP partners, internal Product and Engineering teams, and our offshore operations team in India.
Your daily focus will involve:
- Two-Way Communication & Requirement Gathering: Actively listening to partner needs, conducting discovery, and summarizing complex information back clearly.
- Operational Troubleshooting: Investigating platform delivery issues, monitoring data logs, and solving technical queries.
- Global & Offshore Collaboration: Communicating effectively across time zones with international stakeholders and offshore teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Documenting recurring technical issues to help improve platform efficiency and ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
