Murphy deploys AI agents for banks starting with the most straightforward business case: voice AI for debt collection.

We’ve built a fully-fledged platform designed to optimize recovery rates while maintaining respectful and personalized communication.

Our AI-powered agents adapt instantly, engaging with debtors across channels like voice, messengers, email and SMS to maximize results while preserving trust.

We’re live with Santander, Revolut, BBVA and dozens others. We’ve proven the product in large-scale pilots with top-tier banks. And now we need to move fast to secure leadership in this $300Bn+ industry.

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn every transaction into reliable analytics. You'll work directly with the co-founders and will own the metrics, models and dashboards behind every decision we make.

What you'll do

  • Own the numbers. Define the KPIs every team runs on, and make sure everyone calculates them the same way.
  • Build the source of truth. Write the data models and dashboards that turn raw call, debt and payment data into answers people trust.
  • Automate invoicing. Turn billing every bank, in every currency, into a pipeline that runs itself.
  • Prove what works. Design and read the experiments that tell a real lift in recovery from noise.
  • Dive deep and problem solve. Get to the root cause of every number that looks off, and fix it at the source.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • Highly analytical, and precise. You've built metrics and models a business actually ran on.
  • You're fluent in SQL and Python.
  • You own outcomes, and you never settle. You don't stop at the chart — you chase the number until it changes a decision.
  • You have a STEM degree, and you were top of your class. You're technical, you're rigorous with numbers, and you have a strong philosophy of a champion.
  • AI-native, ruthless on quality. You reach for AI to automate and streamline by default. You know exactly where it gets sloppy. You never let that through, and you control quality rigorously.
  • You don't need a collections or fintech background. We'd rather teach the domain to a killer than hire a lifer who can't ship — you'll pick up the data, the domain and the regulation cold, fast.

🤝 What we offer

  • 📈 Fair equity with enormous upside potential.
  • 💰 Salary at the top of the benchmark.
  • 🧩 Real ownership — Murphy's numbers are yours to define and defend.
  • ⛳️ Small team, high autonomy, and outsized impact.

  • 🛜 Hybrid & Flexible: Our default setup is hybrid – 3 days a week at our office.
