🚀 Data Product Manager – Data Platform & Exchange | Consumer Loyalty Brand
📍 Hybrid – 1 day per week in London
💰 up to £125,000 + bonus
🌍 Consumer / Loyalty / Data-led Business
We’re partnering with a well-known consumer loyalty business on a key Data Product Manager – Data Platform & Exchange hire, sitting in the central data product team. This is a high-impact role focused on owning the data platform and shaping how data is exchanged across a wider ecosystem of brands, partners, and external data providers.
This is not a delivery-style product role. They want someone with a genuine product mindset, strong engineering credibility, and the confidence to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. The role will play a key part in shaping the business’s data enrichment strategy and how data is shared and used to unlock better personalization and future platform capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
