Where do you fit in

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Identity and Authentication Platform, who provide enterprise level services, ensuring that we are meeting the Strong Customer Authentication regulations, enabling security and innovation, and trailblazing within the industry. Working in the Identity and Authentication Platform, you will help us create world class authentication and digital identity solutions through a deep understanding of industry trends, and a willingness to apply your technical knowledge to making customer’s experiences better. What you’ll need

  • Experience in creating and galvanizing a team around a common vision based on a strong product strategy.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues. You will have experience working closely with leaders and executives to influence, collaborate, and deliver a product roadmap based on excellent customer outcomes.
  • Experience in working with Identity and Access Management Solutions or related industries, and a track record of getting to grips with the more technical aspects of your product to ensure that it is driving the right outcome for customers.
  • A history of enabling thoughtful prioritisation by evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas, and requests, eliminating wasteful practices, and delivering value to customers as quickly as possible.
  • Experience of mentoring or leading others, creating an inclusive team environment that inspires, motivates, attracts, and retains talent.
