About the Role
At Corston Architectural Detail, we're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Product Data Specialist to manage and maintain product information across our systems and digital platforms.
This role sits at the heart of the business, ensuring our product data is accurate, consistent and up to date across NetSuite, Shopify and our international websites. You'll work closely with teams across Product Development, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations and Supply Chain to support product launches, maintain data quality and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop Corston's product database and product information systems
- Manage product data across NetSuite, Shopify and international websites
- Support new product launches, product updates and range changes
- Ensure product attributes, descriptions, pricing, variants and metadata remain accurate and consistent
- Conduct regular audits and resolve data discrepancies
- Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, IT, Ecommerce and Operations
- Help improve product data processes, standards and governance
- Support the implementation of new systems and tools as the business grows

What We're Looking For?
Essential
- Experience working with product data, product information or database administration
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivots and data validation
- Experience using ERP, e-commerce or business systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Desirable
- NetSuite experience

- Experience supporting product launches
- Background within retail, interiors, manufacturing, architecture or e-commerce
