Role Overview

Corston Architectural Detail is seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Product Database Specialist to take ownership of our product data across systems and international digital platforms.

This is a specialist role with a high level of responsibility. You will act as the subject-matter expert for product information, ensuring accuracy, consistency and governance of data across spreadsheets, ERP systems and multiple global websites. The role requires confidence working autonomously, the ability to influence key stakeholders, and a meticulous approach to data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner and authority for Corston’s product data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across all platforms
  • Manage and maintain the master product database using advanced Excel, including complex datasets and structured validation
  • Lead product data activity for new launches, range updates and product retirements
  • Ensure product information is correctly created, maintained and synchronised across NetSuite, Shopify, the new AI translation tooling we are currently procuring and international websites
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product naming conventions, product attributes, variants, pricing, descriptions and associated metadata
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, IT, E-commerce, Operations and Supply Chain to align data with business needs
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert and point of reference
  • Perform regular data audits, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies or risks before they impact customers or operations
  • Establish, document and continuously improve product data processes, standards and controls
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives as Corston’s product range and global presence expand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
