About the job you’re considering

As a Product Management Consultant, you will work with our customers to define, build and improve excellent digital products and services. In Domains UK we specialise in digital transformation and believe that being product-centric is essential to achieving meaningful outcomes. We champion user-centred thinking and work with our clients to both design change and support full delivery of change.

We consider ourselves ‘product people’ and work across the different definitions of ‘product owner’ and ‘product manager’ with our clients. Alongside delivering excellent product management to our clients, we need someone who can help build our product management capability internally and help grow our knowledge base.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate user insights, customer needs, and business goals into clear product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including UX, research, engineering, change, and operations to deliver user-centred digital products.
  • Use data, performance metrics, and market insights to drive decision-making, measure success, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to team capability by sharing best practice, developing methods, and coaching colleagues and graduates.

You can bring your whole self to work

At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
