The Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) is investing heavily in digital for a best-in-class client experience. Our CIB Digital Enablement Platform provides the underlying technology to deliver personalized insights, products, and services to clients.

As a Product Delivery Director at JPMorganChase with the Digital Enablement team, you lead the end-to-end delivery of products and features to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to manage budgets, navigate dependencies, and align stakeholders, ensuring solutions are brought to market efficiently, on time, and with measurable value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey, including intake, dependency management, release management, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the entire delivery life cycle through planning, execution, and continuous improvement, managing risks and achieving business targets such as cost, timelines, reliability, and reusability to support growth
  • Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with senior stakeholders and functional partners
  • Oversees the budget and financial management for product delivery, overseeing resource allocation, forecasting, and spend to ensure execution is delivered on time and within approved investment
  • Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience or equivalent expertise delivering technical products, projects, or technology applications at scale
  • Advanced knowledge of the product delivery life cycle, release and deployment strategies, and data-driven performance reporting
  • Extensive experience leading operational management, change readiness, and enterprise-wide execution across functional partners
  • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, timelines, and budgets while driving delivery outcomes on time and within investment
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder interlock, influencing senior partners across product, technology, risk, and control functions to align on priorities and remove barriers to delivery
