Company Overview

Alloyed is a young venture-funded company built with world-class metallurgists, mechanical engineers, technicians, and software developers. Operating from our HQ in the UK but also globally, we are building the future of advanced metal components. Our innovative approach integrates proprietary software that combines advanced machine learning and physical modelling with extensive experimental facilities, enabling us to 3D print metal components more efficiently and effectively than anyone else.

Our facilities in Yarnton and Abingdon, near Oxford, are dedicated to establishing the world’s fastest, smartest, and best-equipped environment for the rapid development of additively manufactured parts and the creation of novel metal alloys for enhanced performance.

We serve a variety of sectors including electronics, aerospace, and industrial by leveraging our cutting-edge technology to build businesses across diverse markets, each with unique requirements, timelines, customers, and cultures.

Role Overview

Argive, an Alloyed business, is developing a new generation of microturbine propulsion systems, leveraging additive manufacturing, advanced materials, and rapid development cycles to deliver products that challenge the performance, complexity, and cost assumptions of traditional gas turbine engines.

Developing advanced propulsion systems requires close coordination between engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and customers. Hardware is being designed, built, tested, improved, and scaled in parallel, often with competing priorities and incomplete information.

The Product Delivery Engineer is the bridge between Development, Test, Production, Supply Chain, and Product Management. You will support Product Owners with the planning, coordination, and execution of activities across the product lifecycle. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that day-to-day execution happens successfully, critical decisions are visible, risks are managed, and blockers are removed before they impact delivery. Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure products remain aligned with customer expectations, programme objectives, and business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
