Product Delivery Lead (Contract)

Product | Data | Business Change

If your background spans Business Analysis, PMO, Product or Data, this could be the perfect next contract.

We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for someone who enjoys sitting at the heart of delivery - coordinating stakeholders, shaping requirements and helping ensure product teams remain focused on delivering the right outcomes.

Reporting to a Senior Product Owner, you'll support a diverse portfolio of products, working with delivery teams, operational stakeholders and policy specialists to translate complex business needs into clear priorities for development. You'll help define user stories, contribute to backlog refinement, support Agile ceremonies and play an active role in testing and product releases.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety. One day you could be working with business stakeholders to understand changing requirements; the next you'll be discussing technical dependencies with developers or supporting release readiness across multiple products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're particularly interested in contractors who combine strong organisation and stakeholder management with a technical appreciation of how enterprise systems and data solutions fit together.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience within Product, PMO, Business Analysis or Agile Delivery
  • Exposure to technical or data-focused programmes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting multiple products or workstreams simultaneously
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to hit the ground running

Experience with Salesforce, Palantir or other enterprise platforms would be a distinct advantage, as would previous experience within regulated industries such as energy, utilities, financial services or government.

You'll be joining a well-established Product function with strong leadership already in place, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate contribution on a nationally significant programme.
