Warner Hotels is building a digital and data engineering capability that can turn its modern technology platform into commercial products — the MyWarner guest portal, Club Warner loyalty programme, AI concierge, Snowflake data platform, and automation capabilities across the estate.

Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.

There are two Product Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) roles within the Digital & Data Delivery team. The Digital role owns end-to-end delivery accountability for a set of digital products — working alongside business product owners, nearshore and offshore engineering partners, and internal tech leads to ensure that product roadmaps are defined, sprint delivery is well-governed, and working software ships to production.

This is a role for someone who combines strong delivery rigour with genuine product instinct — someone who can write user stories, run effective sprints, manage stakeholder expectations, and hold engineering partners accountable to quality and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Backlog

  • Work with business product owners and the Head of Digital & Data Delivery to shape and maintain product roadmaps for your assigned products.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog — translating business requirements into well-defined epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure roadmap commitments are aligned to the portfolio governance framework and the Head of Technology & Transformation Portfolio's delivery plan.

Sprint Delivery

  • Run effective sprint ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives — with onshore, nearshore, and offshore engineering squads.
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate risks to the Head of Digital & Data Delivery.
  • Track sprint velocity, feature delivery, and bug/defect queues — holding engineering partners accountable to committed outputs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams for your product domain.
  • Manage engineering partner relationships on a day-to-day basis — ensuring delivery quality, pace, and commercial accountability.
  • Produce clear delivery status updates for the Head of Digital & Data Delivery and the wider portfolio review process.

Quality & Engineering Standards

  • Ensure products are released to production to the required engineering standards — no shortcuts on testing, security, or documentation.
  • Work with tech leads on architecture and code quality reviews to maintain standards across partner teams.

We would love to talk to you if you have experience in:

  • Agile delivery: Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent sprint-based frameworks.
  • Product management: backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria, definition of done.
  • Delivery tooling: Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • Digital or data engineering context (depending on domain): web products, APIs, data pipelines, or BI/analytics platforms.
  • Engineering partner management in onshore/nearshore/offshore models.
  • Being a Delivery-First Product Manager: You ship software — you don't just manage backlogs.
  • Rigorous Organiser: Sprints run well when you're running them. Blockers get resolved, not just logged.
  • Being a Strong Communicator: Business stakeholders trust your updates because they are clear and accurate.
  • Commercially Minded: You care about whether the features you ship move the right metrics.
