About Azur Technology
At Azur Technology, we're redefining how our clients harness technology and AI—not just to automate, but to truly transform the way they do business. Our flagship product, MGA Connect, is on track to become a market leader, powered by cutting-edge innovation and real-world impact.
We’re a high-performance, high-trust team, currently 90+ people, that values autonomy over hierarchy and ambition over comfort. Here, you’ll join a culture that’s collaborative, fast-moving, and driven by purpose—with the opportunity to help shape the growth of a category-defining product at one of the most exciting moments in our company’s journey.
We are now looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team.
Role Purpose
The Product Delivery Manager ensures successful end-to-end delivery of client and internal initiatives across Azur Technology’s Salesforce-based insurance platforms. You will be accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of complex delivery projects—driving alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, and Client stakeholders.
This role exists to guarantee that Azur’s delivery commitments are met: on time, to quality, and with commercial discipline. Acting as both strategist and officer, you will embed delivery excellence, remove friction across functions, and uphold Azur’s reputation for reliability and partnership.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent client and internal projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
- Establish and maintain delivery plans dependencies, and governance across all phases—from discovery through to post-launch support.
- Lead delivery ceremonies, steering committees, and retrospectives; ensure continuous improvement through transparent reporting and metrics.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks early, proactively escalating where needed to maintain momentum and client confidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
