About CiteAb
CiteAb’s mission is to build world class data products that accelerate scientific progress. Our search tools are used by tens of thousands of researchers from the world's top universities and pharmaceutical companies to help them buy the right reagents and avoid failed experiments that waste time, money and patient samples.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and customer focussed Product Delivery Manager with great attention to detail to manage the execution, onboarding and ongoing delivery of our citation & data products, as well as our platform listings. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact between our customers, sales and product teams to maintain the standardised data offerings (including APIs, hosted tables, listings), while working with the development team to actively look for ways to streamline this delivery process, and improve overall customer experience. This role will suit someone who thrives on client interaction, optimising operational processes, driving customer retention and turning repetitive workflows into efficient automated delivery systems. All feeding into our vision to help scientists to progress their research more quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
