Product Delivery Manager - Public Cloud SRE
As a Product Delivery Manager - Public Cloud SRE within our global SRE and operational excellence organization, you lead the transformation of multi-cloud service platforms to improve reliability, change safety, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Leverage AI-enabled delivery and operations insights to increase throughput and predictability—accelerating planning, reducing delivery friction, improving decision quality, and shortening time from prioritization to measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Own delivery of the global SRE/Ops transformation roadmap for multi-cloud platforms, converting investment into measurable reliability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Run cross-organization execution governance (cadences, performance reviews, escalation paths) to drive decisions, remove blockers, and ensure follow-through.
- Manage the reliability investment portfolio through delivery—sequencing work, resolving dependencies, and ensuring the highest-impact initiatives land predictably.
- Ensure SLI/SLO implementation is delivered end-to-end (instrumentation, measurement, reporting) with consistent execution and adoption across clouds.
- Ensure service health scorecards and executive reporting are produced consistently with clear trends, drivers, actions, and outcomes.
- Drive incident and problem management execution rigor to reduce severity, frequency, and recurrence (action quality, verification, and closure).
- Deliver systemic remediation outcomes by translating incident/ticket/telemetry insights into funded, executed fixes that remove repeat failure modes and bottlenecks.
- Ensure operational readiness and change safety requirements are executed in delivery workflows, improving release outcomes and reducing change-related incidents.
- Drive delivery of observability improvements (metrics/logs/traces coverage, alert quality, dashboards) that improve signal quality and operational decision-making.
- Deliver measurable automation and toil reduction, increasing self-service and reducing tickets/pages and manual operational work.
- Leverage AI to increase delivery efficiency and predictability (faster synthesis of multi-source inputs, risk/dependency visibility, reduced reporting overhead, quicker insights-to-actions) and partner with risk/control teams to support control requirements and evidence, with partial accountability for outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
