Role Description
The Product Demonstration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, focused on showcasing Wilkinson Star’s industrial and welding products to customers and partners. In this role, the specialist conducts live product demonstrations, supports training sessions in the Welding Training/Demonstration Centre, and explains product benefits, features, and applications in clear, practical terms. The position involves preparing demonstration equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and tailoring demonstrations to the specific requirements of distributors, end-users, and internal teams. The specialist collaborates with sales, technical support, and marketing to provide feedback from demonstrations, assist in technical inquiries, and contribute to product presentations and events. Regular travel within the UK to customer sites, trade shows, and partner locations may be required.
