Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Product Demonstrator at GYS UK. Ideally based in the Northern England, ideally within the Leeds/Manchester corridor.

The Product Demonstrator will conduct live product demonstrations of GYS Induction Heating range to prospective and existing customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Explaining product features and benefits
  • Answering technical and usage questions
  • Supporting the sales team with demonstration materials and presentations
  • Providing training sessions to customers and partners
  • Gathering feedback from demonstrations
  • Collaborating with technical and sales teams to improve customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of demos and ensuring all product information presented is accurate and up to date
  • Attending customer shows and exhibitions

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
  • Sales-related skills, including identifying customer needs, supporting sales opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to present confidently to groups in person and online
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple demonstrations
  • Experience with automotive repair, or technical equipment is highly beneficial
  • Full clean driving license is essential
