Meet The Team 👥
Hello 👋 I'm Jack, VP of Design at Cleo. I'm excited to be growing the Experience Chapter as Cleo enters its next stage of scale.
We're a team of 50 designers, researchers and writers working at the cutting edge of AI. We care deeply about clarity of thinking, creating exceptional end-to-end experiences and delivering high-quality work at every stage of the design process.
We've spent the past six months overhauling how great product gets made at Cleo, with the latest tools and models built into our process. Many of the team work directly in code, building our own design tools, creating high fidelity prototypes and shipping to production.
But, it's not only a process change - it's a product change. We're rethinking the UX of the product from the ground up, around fully agentic financial assistants that can run your financial life.
We expect our people to get genuinely close to the business, take real ownership of problems, and move comfortably between big picture thinking and the detail of making something incredibly good.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
