Job Opportunity: Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to design innovative digital products at the intersection of finance, technology, and decentralized systems. You will contribute to shaping user experiences for next-generation web products and decentralized applications.

Working closely with product, engineering, and business teams, you will transform complex challenges into intuitive and impactful solutions. The position is ideal for a designer who combines strong UX expertise, visual craft, and a passion for building products from the ground up.

You will have significant ownership across the product lifecycle, from early concepts and prototypes to polished final experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence product strategy and help create solutions used by a global technology community.

Accountabilities

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in defining and improving digital experiences while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products. You will help establish strong design practices, advocate for users, and contribute to strategic product decisions through thoughtful research, prototyping, and execution.

  • Lead design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concepts and user flows to final product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to create elegant and practical solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Develop user-focused strategies by gathering insights, understanding customer needs, and creating experiences that deliver meaningful value.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts quickly while balancing speed, exploration, and attention to detail.
  • Influence product strategy and contribute to improving design quality, consistency, and overall user experience.
  • Help strengthen design processes and promote a user-centered approach across the organisation.
  • Apply strong visual design principles across layouts, typography, colour, and interaction patterns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
