About the Role

Xtremepush is an Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform powered by a built-in CDP, serving over 200 clients across iGaming, sports betting, and financial services. As we continue to grow our product offering across CRM, CDP, Governance, Gamify, and Loyalty, we are seeking a Product Designer to own design end-to-end across the full platform.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be the sole dedicated designer working across five pillars, partnering directly with Product Managers and engineering leads to take features from early discovery through to shipped, polished experiences. You will also help shape how design works at Xtremepush going forward, including establishing design processes from the ground up with AI embedded as part of the workflow, not bolted on afterward.

This is a hybrid role, requiring office attendance in our London office (2 days a week). #LI-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design

  • Own end-to-end UX design across CRM, CDP, Governance, Gamify, and Loyalty, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering
  • Take features from discovery through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity design, and developer handoff
  • Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library across the platform

Research & Discovery

  • Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing, and synthesise findings into actionable product direction
  • Use research insight to inform prioritisation and design decisions across all five pillars

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
