Product Designer

Location: Europe, Remote

Employment type: B2B / Contractor initially, potential transition to Full-time

Remuneration: Competitive package.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive end-to-end product design across chat experiences, character creation, monetisation and growth flows
  • Design emerging product surfaces including live and interactive features and AI video experiences
  • Work closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers and founders
  • Take high ownership and operate autonomously across product surfaces
  • Translate strategic product thinking into high-quality visual and interaction design
  • Design mobile-first experiences for a large-scale consumer product
  • Develop polished interfaces, interactions and prototypes
  • Work across the full product design process from concept through execution
  • Contribute to a fast-moving product environment where new interaction models are frequently developed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience
  • Experience designing and shipping mobile-first products at scale
  • Strong strategic product thinking combined with elite visual execution
  • Portfolio demonstrating polished, modern and high-quality UI across real consumer products
  • Ability to demonstrate strong visual craft and design quality immediately through portfolio work
  • Daily use of AI tools for design, prototyping or content generation
  • Ability to clearly explain specific AI tools and workflows used in the design process
  • Advanced Figma skills
  • Strong prototyping skills using design tools and/or code-based approaches
  • Experience working autonomously and taking ownership of product surfaces
  • Willingness to work on a B2B / contractor basis initially
  • Comfortable working with adult-content product experiences
  • Strong async communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
