About The Role
At Veridraft, we’re redefining how businesses handle governance.
As a Product Designer, you’ll join a small, fast-moving team shaping the future of legal technology. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and legal experts to turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences that empower our clients worldwide.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences — from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define features that balance usability and compliance.
- Evolve and maintain Novera’s design system for consistency and scalability.
- Conduct user testing and translate feedback into design improvements.
- Contribute to the overall product vision and brand expression.

About You
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Framer, etc.).
- Strong visual sense and understanding of accessibility principles.
- Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, user-friendly flows.
- Excellent communication in English (French is a plus).
