We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team and help shape seamless digital experiences across some of the UK's leading travel brands. If you're passionate about solving customer problems, creating intuitive products and turning insights into impactful experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Chester HQ (Hybrid Working)
💷 Up to £65,000 per annum
⏰ 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
👤 Reporting to our Head of Product Design
👥 Part of our Product Design team
What you'll be doing:
- 🎯 Identify and solve meaningful customer and business problems
- 🔍 Lead discovery activities including user research, testing and experimentation
- 🗺️ Design end-to-end experiences across web, mobile and service touchpoints
- ✏️ Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished designs
- 🤝 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams
- ♿ Champion accessible and inclusive design principles
- 🧠 Use AI-powered tools to support research, insights and design thinking
- 🚀 Help evolve our design system and raise design quality across Forge

What you'll bring:
- ✔ Proven Product Design experience with a strong portfolio
- ✔ Experience taking products from discovery through to delivery
- ✔ Excellent UX, interaction and visual design skills
- ✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✔ A curious, analytical and customer-focused mindset
- ✔ Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- ✔ Confidence using AI tools and applying human judgement to decisions
Experience within ecommerce, marketplaces, travel or hospitality is a bonus, along with experience in CRO, experimentation or AI-enhanced customer experiences.
