Product Designer @ OxiWorks
Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands (Hybrid)

Reports to: Design Manager / Lead Product Designer
Role Summary
You’ll design and ship features for client products across web and native mobile, working alongside senior designers on well-known brands across sport, media, betting, eCommerce and health.
It’s a role for someone who loves the craft, wants to grow fast, and is already folding AI tools into how they work.
What you’ll do
- Own features and flows within a client project, from sketches and wireframes through to high-fidelity UI and developer handover
- Design native iOS and Android screens that follow platform patterns and feel fast & familiar
- Build interactive prototypes to test ideas with users and stakeholders
- Use AI tools day to day to explore options, speed up production, prototype and tidy up specs and content
- Build with and contribute to design systems, working with our Design Engineer (Design Systems) to keep components consistent
- Join research sessions and usability tests and help turn findings into design changes
- Work directly with clients: be friendly and approachable, present your work in reviews and take feedback on board with confidence

What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in product or UX/UI design, with a portfolio of shipped digital products
- Experience designing native mobile apps, and a working knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Strong UI craft: typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction and attention to detail
- Confident in Figma, including components, variables and Auto Layout
- Regular use of AI tools in your design work, and an eagerness to keep learning new ones - we’ll support you with licences and time to experiment
- Comfortable working from a design system and collaborating with developers
- Great communication and a warm, approachable manner with clients and teammates, plus the confidence to explain your decisions
Nice to have
- Interest in sport, media, betting, eCommerce, tech or health and fitness products
- Motion and micro-interaction design skills
- Experience with coded or AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g. Lovable, Framer, Figma)
- Agency or consultancy experience across several clients
