Job Description

At evoke, our Global Product Design team brings together Product Designers, Motion Designers, and UX Researchers across multiple locations, working on some of the world's most recognized betting and gaming brands, including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green.

We collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and Brand teams to create safe, intuitive, and engaging experiences for millions of customers. Customer insight sits at the center of everything we do, and we're constantly evolving how we work through experimentation, data-informed decision-making, shared design systems, and AI-enabled tools. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are excited by the opportunity to influence products used at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

A portfolio showcasing user-centred designs is essential, including examples of your working process including conception, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that demonstrate problem-solving and attention to detail backed up by data, be that qualitative or quantitative - Sorry, we cannot consider your application without this.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Take ownership of key stages of the product design process, from problem discovery and concept development through to validation, delivery, and implementation.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and customer-focused experiences that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape solutions, and align on priorities and scope.
  • Leverage customer research, behavioral insights, and product data to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and uncover opportunities.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing and evaluative research, translating findings into meaningful product improvements.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that clearly communicate end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Use rapid prototyping, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools to explore ideas, reduce uncertainty, and improve design efficiency.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, support delivery through design QA, and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
