Product Designer with mentoring skills (Agentic AI) | AI-Powered Digital Experiences

Are you a Product Designer with a passion for AI, emerging technologies and designing innovative digital experiences?
We're partnering with a leading global consulting organisation to hire a Product Design Manager to help shape the next generation of AI-powered products, intelligent assistants and agentic experiences. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Product Design, UX, and Artificial Intelligence, helping organisations transform the way they design and deliver digital experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end product design activities across AI-powered products and digital experiences
- Designing intuitive user journeys, conversational interfaces and AI-enabled workflows
- Creating high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes and scalable design systems
- Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagements
- Conducting user research, usability testing and design validation activities
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and data teams
- Helping clients incorporate AI and agentic technologies into their design and product development processes
- Managing design workstreams and mentoring junior designers
- Driving design quality, consistency and best practice across multiple projects

What we're looking for
- 4+ years' experience in Product Design, UX Design or Experience Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating polished digital product design and end-to-end design thinking
- Expertise with Figma and modern design tools
- Experience running design projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong workshop facilitation, communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers
- Understanding of user research, usability testing and design systems
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary environments alongside product, engineering and business teams
- Experience within consulting, digital transformation or client-facing environments
- Exposure to Financial Services, Public Sector or other complex enterprise environments
- Experience working on large-scale product or platform design programmes

Commercial Agentic AI experience is beneficial but not essential. We welcome candidates who can demonstrate relevant projects, portfolio work, thought leadership, research or personal initiatives within the AI space.
