🚀 Product Designer – AI
📍 London (Onsite)
💰 £90K–£110K + Equity
We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI company building intelligent software that’s changing how businesses interact with real-world data.
They’re looking for a Product Designer to take significant ownership of the product experience across web and mobile, joining while the team is still small enough to have a major influence on what gets built and how it feels to use.
This is much more than executing tickets — you’ll work directly with engineering, product and leadership to shape the product from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing 👇
- Own product design end-to-end across web and mobile
- Turn complex AI capabilities and workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
- Shape new features from initial problem through to launch
- Build and evolve the company’s design system
- Work directly with engineers to take designs through to polished production experiences
- Speak to users, test ideas and iterate based on real-world feedback
- Help establish the design principles and standards the company scales with

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
