Product Designer | Signet | Peterborough (On-site) | £30,000–£45,000 DOE + Bonus
Want to design products that go from concept sketch to production? We're looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team, working on innovative projects for premium global brands. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in the full design journey, from initial ideas and 3D CAD through to prototyping, testing and manufacture.
You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where good ideas are valued, creativity is encouraged, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating innovative product concepts from client briefs
- Developing designs in SolidWorks
- Building and refining physical prototypes using in-house 3D printing and prototyping equipment
- Working directly with suppliers to bring designs into production
- Exploring new materials, finishes and manufacturing techniques
- Taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion
- Presenting ideas and contributing to client discussions
- Using AI-assisted tools to support design development and visualisation
What We're Looking For
- Product Design, Product Design Engineering or Industrial Design background
- Strong 3D CAD skills, ideally SolidWorks
- Prototyping and design-for-manufacture experience
- Adobe Illustrator skills
- A hands-on approach and genuine passion for product development
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and bringing ideas to life
