Shape accessible, intuitive customer experiences from discovery through implementation.
This role brings together UX, interaction design, user research and high-quality UI to improve MoneyPlus customer-facing products and digital journeys. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, partner closely with engineers and product colleagues, and help strengthen accessibility, consistency and design quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Turn business and product requirements into clear, engaging and usable customer journeys, including error, empty, loading and edge-case states.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and analysis, then iterate designs using user feedback, data and performance insight.
- Work closely with engineers, product owners and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, scalable and implemented effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, reusable UI components and shared standards.
- Apply accessibility and inclusive-design practice, including relevant WCAG considerations.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuously improve design processes, tools, standards and quality.

What we’re looking for
- End-to-end product design: Evidence of taking a customer-facing digital experience through discovery/research, interaction design, UI design and implementation collaboration.
- UX, interaction and research: Evidence of user-centred design, user research or usability testing that materially informed a design decision.
- UI and prototyping craft: Strong evidence in wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI, including layout, typography, hierarchy, responsive behaviour and component-based design.
- Accessibility and design systems: Evidence of applying accessibility/inclusive design and working with reusable design systems or components.
- Transferable evidence is welcome. We are interested in evidence of the required design outcomes and craft, including experience gained in different sectors or product contexts.
