At TCC Global

At TCC Global, we create innovative loyalty marketing solutions that drive customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty for some of the world’s leading retailers. Our passionate team delivers exceptional results through precision execution, strong client partnerships, and seamless operational processes.

The Role

This is a role for a design person. Someone who genuinely loves product — who picks things up to see how they’re made, who sketches ideas on the back of anything to hand, and who gets a kick out of seeing a concept they shaped turn into something real that shoppers reach for.

As a Product Designer within our Reward Development team, you help bring product ranges to life — from first concept sketch through to full 3D range design and on toward launch. You work alongside a talented team of designers, supporting them to be more productive and adding value to the projects and rewards we develop. You also get to work across the logistics and manufacturing side of creating something new, collaborating with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality and Sustainability, and communicating directly with suppliers. Your primary purpose is to support and assist the team to design and develop product ranges that achieve the department’s KPIs, and to be instrumental in supporting the entire Reward Development team.

What You’ll Own

The Design Work

  • You spend around half your time working as a designer across the Campaign and Reward Development team on a variety of projects — everything from early-stage concept sketches to full 3D range design.
  • You support range development by following the TCC process: from initial sketching, through prototype revisions, to the final product.
  • You join colleagues at internal and external meetings to progress range development, helping develop agreed trend-led, innovative, competitive, commercial and customer-focused ranges.

Concepts and Innovation

  • You research new trends, benchmark competitors, generate ideas and help guide concepts with creative suggestions — and you help other reward development team members build presentation decks.
  • Part of your time is spent as part of a mixed Reward, Creative, Marketing and Brand team on new concepts, in categories or with brands that tcc has never worked in before, as an innovation workstream.
  • You continually investigate and present new trends and product ideas to the reward and development team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

From Open Market to Own Idea

  • You review open-market options from suppliers and analyse how to modify them to create unique product offerings.
  • You work with other designers and suppliers on product and photography briefs, and on packaging and display requirements — turning a starting point into something that feels like ours.

The Story

  • You work closely with the Creative team to ensure every range has impactful, informative Product Information Packs that support the sales force, launched on time for commercial benefit.
  • You also draft presentations on behalf of the team for internal and external meetings, giving each range the best possible chance of resonating when it reaches clients.

Brand Partnerships

  • You support the Brands team with licensed ranges for buy-in and brand approval — helping make sure the right brand lands on the right product to make a range fly.

Eyes and Ears in the Market

  • You travel to trade shows and suppliers where applicable to oversee product development, identify new ideas for development, and manage relationships.
  • You review and analyse competitor products so tcc is constantly benchmarking against the best in the industry, and you feed what you see back into the team to keep us one step in front.

The Detail

  • You interact with other relevant departments to gather the information the team needs and present it as directed — for example, market research with the insights team — and you pick up ad hoc duties as required.
  • Life in the Campaign and Reward Development team is full of variety and evolving projects, so you bring the temperament to work in a fluid, innovative environment while balancing the need to be productive and precise.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a product person, full stop. Someone who genuinely loves product, is naturally curious about how things are made, and is driven to develop thoughtful, considered design solutions. You’re creative and inspirational, able to turn ideas into action and shape concepts that others can get behind. You have a sharp eye for detail, strong visualisation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through visual, verbal and written storytelling. Pragmatic, self-motivated and professional, you take ownership of your work and approach challenges constructively. You’re also a collaborative team player with ambition — passionate, resourceful and focused on driving the business forward, with a mindset to over-deliver while maintaining a high level of professional integrity.
