Dragonpass. Your Pass to More.

DragonPass is a leading travel and lifestyle platform, connecting millions of members across more than 130 countries with premium travel and lifestyle experiences.

We're a B2B2C business partnering with banks, airlines, payment providers and other global brands to deliver a wide range of travel and lifestyle benefits to their customers.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help shape customer experiences across our digital products.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Designer who enjoys solving customer problems, working collaboratively and seeing their ideas come to life.

  • Working within our Lifestyle Squad, you'll own design initiatives from discovery through to delivery, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers and fellow Designers to create user-centred experiences that deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business.
  • You'll be supported by experienced Product Designers and a dedicated Design System team while gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle in a fast-paced, agile environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience designing customer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms within sectors such as travel, loyalty, fintech, consumer technology, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions or other digital product-led businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and contribute to the end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem definition through to design, testing and engineering handover.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout delivery, ensuring technical feasibility and customer needs are considered from the outset.
  • Create user-centred, data-informed design solutions that support product objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Use research, behavioural data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve user experiences.
  • Conduct and participate in discovery activities, usability testing and customer research.
  • Analyse insights from tools such as UserTesting, FullStory and Dovetail to support product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs and documentation to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Apply and contribute to the DragonPass Design System, ensuring consistency across products and experiences.
  • Participate in design reviews, share knowledge and contribute to maintaining a strong design culture.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their motivations, behaviours and travel experiences.
  • Stay informed on developments within travel, loyalty and digital product design to help shape future experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
