Product Designers at Agoda are responsible for:

  • Designing products for Agoda involves understanding and integrating diverse consumer needs, behaviors, and expectations across different regions.
  • Products should be crafted to deliver exceptional quality and usability that resonate universally.
  • It is essential to prioritize intuitive design, seamless functionality, and accessibility, while also addressing factors such as user behavior and data insights.
  • As part of the platform team, you will be central in improving our customer experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
  • Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
  • Presenting your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
  • Taking part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
  • Thinking and writing about your process and detailing your decisions
  • Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features
  • Being a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.

Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design.
  • Working alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and aligning the group around a vision and approach.
  • Crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys.
  • Thinking and crafting at a system level, not just interface elements or pages.
  • Regularly making use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making.
  • Balancing multiple priorities and successfully delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions
  • Expressing feedback with kindness and candor
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity
  • Translation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions
