About Revolte
Revolte is building AI for Software Engineering.
We are creating an AI-native platform that helps engineering teams execute the software delivery lifecycle with speed, quality, and control - from planning and implementation to testing, release, governance, and production feedback.
We're looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product thinking with excellent design craft and is excited by the intersection of AI, developer experience, and complex technical products.
Responsibilities
- Own product design end to end, from understanding the problem and exploring concepts through to prototyping, validation, and shipping.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex software engineering workflows, making sophisticated technical processes feel simple and approachable.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Engineers, and other stakeholders to frame problems, explore solutions, and make product decisions.
- Translate ambiguous requirements and complex technical concepts into clear user journeys, flows, interactions, and polished interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
- Rapidly prototype ideas to test concepts, communicate interaction models, and validate solutions before development.
- Partner closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure the final experience reflects the intended design and maintains a high level of craft.
- Help shape product direction by bringing user insights, design principles, and a strong understanding of user needs into product discussions.
- Design experiences for AI-powered workflows, including AI agents, conversational interactions, recommendations, automation, approvals, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve Revolte's design system, component library, patterns, and design standards.
- Use customer feedback, product analytics, and usability testing to identify opportunities and continuously improve the product.
- Stay curious about emerging AI interaction patterns and explore how AI can enable new approaches to product design.

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably working on SaaS, B2B, enterprise, developer tools, or other complex software products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and your approach to solving complex problems.
- Strong product thinking - you can understand the underlying problem rather than simply design to a set of requirements.
- Excellent UX and interaction design skills, with a strong eye for visual detail and quality.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking a problem from early exploration through to a shipped product experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.
- High ownership and self-direction - you can move work forward without needing constant direction.
- A systems mindset and an appreciation for reusable patterns, scalable design systems, and consistent experiences.
- Genuine interest in AI and curiosity about how AI agents and intelligent systems will change how people interact with software.
- Experience designing for technical or expert users is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience designing complex SaaS workflows, dashboards, data-rich interfaces, or enterprise applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Familiarity with modern product development workflows and working closely with engineers through implementation.
- Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, LLMs, AI agents, conversational interfaces, or human-in-the-loop workflows is highly desirable.
- Experience with product analytics and user research tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Hotjar, or similar is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the design process for research, exploration, prototyping, and iteration.
