Location: London (Shoreditch) – Hybrid (4 days onsite)

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Product Designer with 4+ years' experience who is comfortable taking ownership of digital experiences from initial research and concepts through to final delivery. Ideally, you will have:

- 4+ years' experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
- Experience designing consumer-facing e-commerce, subscription, or digital products
- Strong Figma skills and experience working with design systems
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, not simply visual/UI work
- Experience improving onboarding, checkout, conversion, and retention journeys
- Strong understanding of user research, prototyping, and usability testing
- Ability to simplify complex information into intuitive customer experiences
- Experience using data and customer insight to influence design decisions
- A collaborative approach when working with Product, Engineering, Data, and wider business teams
Responsibilities
- You will own key areas of the customer journey, designing simple and engaging experiences across web and digital products. A major focus will be improving onboarding and checkout, alongside the wider subscription lifecycle including account changes, pauses, skips, and customer retention journeys.
- You will regularly prototype and test new ideas with customers, using feedback and product data to continually improve the experience and identify friction points.
- Working closely with engineers and product stakeholders, you will take designs from early-stage concepts through to production rather than simply handing over finished screens.
- You will also contribute to the continued development of the company's Figma design system, helping create reusable components and consistent experiences across digital channels.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics platforms
- Previous exposure to a subscription-based or D2C/e-commerce business
- Experience designing products where complex or technical information needs to be presented clearly
- Experience contributing to or developing a design system
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, scaling technology business
- Experience supporting or mentoring more junior designers
