The Role
- Deliver world-class, intuitive, and evidence-based digital experiences across web and native platforms.
- Provide design vision and guidance, leveraging research insights and data to champion customer needs and align with business strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, analysts, and engineers to ensure solutions meet user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, create user journey maps, and champion AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Support delivery with a strong focus on accessibility, key customer experience metrics, and scalable design systems.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, accessible, large-scale digital products and services across responsive web and native applications within a large design team.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping with tokens and variables, contributing to large-scale component libraries, and auditing design files for clarity.
- Experience utilizing research methods and platforms to conduct usability testing, understand customer needs, reduce friction, and improve ease of use.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, with the ability to track success metrics, interpret user behavior, and validate user journeys.
- Strong communication skills with adaptability and a growth mindset for fast-paced environments.
