Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Benefits
Requirement: Must hold a UK Driving Licence

We're partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to find a talented Product Developer to join their growing team in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment where creativity, collaboration, and commercial success go hand in hand.
Working closely with internal teams and customers, you'll play a key role in developing products from concept through to launch, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the development of new and existing food products from concept to launch
- Conducting product trials and factory validations
- Working closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing and technical teams
- Preparing samples and presenting concepts internally and externally
- Ensuring products meet quality, legal and nutritional requirements
- Managing critical paths and development timelines
- Monitoring food trends and identifying opportunities for innovation
- Supporting recipe development and product improvements

What We're Looking For
- Experience within a Product Development or NPD role within the food manufacturing industry
- A passion for food, innovation and consumer trends
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Food Science, Nutrition or related qualification would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence is essential due to occasional travel requirements
