Product Designer/ Developer
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Designer/ Developer to support our Head of Product in developing exceptional sportswear. The ideal candidate will have experience in apparel product development, technical design, garment construction, and fit, with an understanding of performance fabrics, manufacturing processes, and current market trends.

Working closely with the Head of Product, you will help deliver innovative, high-quality products that are commercially competitive while contributing to the development of a distinctive brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Product throughout the product development process.
- Create and update technical packs, CADs, and product specifications.
- Assist with garment fittings, measuring samples, and recording fit comments.
- Liaise with suppliers to support sample development and approvals.
- Research trends, fabrics, trims, and performance innovations.
- Ensure products meet quality, cost, and critical path requirements.
- Maintain accurate product and development records.
Skills & Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion, Sportswear, or Product Design.
- Experience in apparel design or product development in a similar brand.
- Understanding of garment construction, fit, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of sportswear fabrics and manufacturing processes.
- A good eye for colour and print trends is desirable.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office; CLO and Photoshop skills are desirable.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sportswear, innovation, and product development.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
