THE ROLE
This role will support the development of innovative, world-first product concepts. Reporting to the Product Manager and working closely with the PD team, you will drive conception through to reality.
This role combines technical expertise and strategic thinking to deliver high-impact, best-in-class products that are built with and for the REFY community.
Product includes (not limited to) formula, component, box packaging and merch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead product development projects from initial concept through to first production, ensuring alignment with brand vision, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Manage project timelines and critical paths, ensuring clear planning and on-time delivery of all key milestones.
- Own product costings and supplier negotiations to achieve target margins while maintaining product quality and performance.
- Plan and execute product testing strategies, ensuring products are inclusive, consumer-led, and resonate with the REFY community.
- Leverage research, consumer feedback, market insights, and testing results to drive product improvements and inform decision-making.
- Ensure all projects adhere to REFY's quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product performance supports claims, messaging, and launch objectives.
- Lead supplier relationships, project meetings, and deliverables, driving accountability and excellence throughout the development process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Packaging, Technical, Quality, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative, functional, and high-quality products.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks across product development, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Create compelling product presentations, development updates, and recommendation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, ingredients, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for future innovation.

A minimum of 3 years experience within a similar beauty/ skin care product development role, demonstrating:
- Full knowledge of end to end PD process.
- Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects.
