About The Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Product Developer to join our Design Studio, working on Middle-earth Strategy Battle.

The Design Studio is where we bring Middle-earth to life on the tabletop. Miniatures designers, writers, artists, photographers, editors, and graphic designers work side by side to recreate the stories, characters, and battles of Middle-earth enjoyed by hobbyists around the world. As a Product Developer, you will be at the heart of that process, bringing talented people together around a shared vision and helping turn great ideas into something our hobbyists will love.

You will be passionate about miniatures and the hobby, with a deep knowledge of Middle-earth and a real understanding of what makes its worlds, characters, and stories so special to its fans. You will turn ideas into clear creative plans and briefs, giving our teams the structure they need to create fantastic new miniatures, books, and games. From the first idea to the finished release, you will help protect that original vision and make sure everything we create is worthy of Middle-earth.

You will be highly organized, comfortable managing lots of projects at once, and calm when things don’t go to plan. You will know where every project is, what needs to happen next, and where problems might arise. When they do, you will get stuck in, bring the right people together, and find a way forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
