Company Description

FASHION//SZN is an inclusive fashion brand where style is size-less and design-driven. Built on the belief that fashion should celebrate every body, we create curated, in-house collections with an unwavering focus on fit, comfort, and contemporary style. As our brand rapidly grows, we are expanding our offering to launch a dedicated range for sizes UK 6–14. We are seeking ambitious talent to help us bring our signature attention to detail and fit excellence to an even broader audience.

Role Description

The Product Developer will work full-time on-site in the Manchester Area, UK, driving the development of our new UK 6–14 range. Working closely with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams, you will lead fit sessions, establish standard sizing specs, and ensure every garment meets FASHION//SZN’s standards for quality, construction, and comfort.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
