We are partnered with an established and growing UK Headquartered Investment Manager to appoint an experienced Product professional to play a key role in shaping and enhancing its proposition.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product professional to work closely with the Head of Product, contributing to product strategy, proposition development and lifecycle management. You will lead key product initiatives from concept through to implementation, helping ensure the proposition continues to meet the evolving needs of advisers and customers while supporting sustainable business growth and strong customer outcomes. This is a newly created position in a brand new Product team that formed earlier this year.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting product strategy and proposition development, using adviser, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Leading product initiatives from initial concept through to implementation, defining requirements and coordinating stakeholders across the business.
- Managing the development and enhancement of products, including the delivery of regulatory and market-driven change.
- Conducting regular product reviews and value assessments, monitoring performance, customer outcomes and adviser feedback.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation and coordinating activity between key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitoring market, regulatory and competitor developments and translating relevant insights into customer-focused improvements and innovation.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with UK domiciled UCITs and has a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the UK for Investment Products. You will be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, navigating regulatory requirements and using data and market insight to inform product decisions.
