Partnering with the Best
As a Product Development and Testing Engineer, you will support the execution of product development strategies, technology initiatives, and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. You will contribute to the design, analysis, testing, qualification, and validation of innovative products while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
As a Product Development and Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Executing product development, testing, and qualification activities to support NPI programs and technology improvement initiatives.
- Performing engineering calculations, computational analysis, and product design activities in accordance with API, ASME, DNV, ISO, and other applicable standards.
- Ensuring the technical robustness of testing programs, validation activities, and engineering assessments.
- Managing assigned engineering projects and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Supporting development of project schedules, technical milestones, and qualification plans.
- Contributing to technical reviews, product qualification discussions, and engagements with third-party verification and certification bodies.
- Preparing technical reports, engineering documentation, test procedures, and design records to support certification and project execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to drive innovation, continuous improvement, product reliability, and customer value.

Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Materials, Structural, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Possess a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, materials, and fluid dynamics.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for innovation, concept development, product design, and technology advancement.
- Have experience supporting engineering investigations, technical analysis, and product development activities.
- Be familiar with engineering simulation tools and have an awareness of nonlinear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Have the ability to prepare high-quality technical reports, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Possess strong communication, collaboration, and project execution skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
