Are you a creative designer or product development coordinator obsessed with the vibrant worlds of pop culture, gaming, and trading cards? You will play a pivotal role in the creative journey of trading cards and trading card games, ensuring every product resonates with fans and upholds the highest brand standards. Your creativity and keen eye for detail will directly influence product lines that captivate millions, bringing iconic stories and characters into the hands of enthusiasts globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day creative product development for trading cards and trading card games within the hardlines category.
- Review licensee artwork, packaging, and product submissions, providing constructive feedback aligned with strict brand guidelines.
- Conduct market and trend research across illustration, gaming, collectables, and pop culture to inform future product lines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Legal, Marketing, and Licensing, to maintain project timelines and ensure asset clearances.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools to aid ideation, mood boarding, and workflow efficiency.

What You’ll Bring
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, or Creative Product Development.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office; familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows.
- Passion or hands-on experience in collectables, trading cards, gaming, or entertainment licensing.
- Solid grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, colour theory, and packaging/manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple approval pipelines under tight deadline pressure.
Compensation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is up to £192.31 per day (PAYE). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
