This is an unparalleled opportunity to step into a role where your expertise directly shapes the visual identity and market presence of iconic intellectual properties within the high-growth trading cards and collectibles category. You will be at the forefront of creative approvals, ensuring brand integrity and driving the successful launch of products that resonate with fans worldwide. Your impact will be immediate and significant, as you own critical licensee relationships and approval pipelines from day one, contributing directly to the continued success and expansion of beloved entertainment brands.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage creative approvals for premier trading card and tabletop game licensees across a broad international region. This role offers the chance to apply your keen eye for detail and strategic thinking to ensure all products meet stringent brand guidelines and quality standards. You will be the linchpin in a dynamic process, coordinating feedback and maintaining fast-moving product development schedules to bring exciting new collectibles to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary creative contact for premier trading card and tabletop game licensees across a broad international region.
  • Review licensee artwork, packaging, and product concepts to ensure 100% compliance with strict brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Manage multi-layered feedback loops across internal studio departments, including Franchise, Marketing, Legal, and external third-party IP owners.
  • Track submission pipelines independently, ensuring fast-moving product development schedules remain on track for global launch dates.
  • Utilize basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop/Illustrator) to inspect, mark up, and verify graphical assets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
