Product Development Engineer

Location: Glascoed, BAE Systems

Duration: 12 months

Hourly Rate: £28.47 PAYE or £38.25 Umbrella

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7:15am to 5:00pm (Fridays off)

Working Pattern: Flexible hours with potential hybrid working


We are looking for a Product Development Engineer to support a range of engineering projects from concept through to manufacture and testing.

Skills

  • The ideal candidate will have a broad engineering background, with experience in product development, manufacturing, materials, or production engineering.
  • A practical and hands-on approach.
  • Understanding of the full product lifecycle are highly desirable.
  • Experience within defence is not required, and candidates from a wide range of engineering sectors will be considered, particularly those with manufacturing or metalworking experience.
