Product Development Lead
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 + equity
We're excited to be partnering with Heights, one of the UK's fastest-growing D2C supplement brands, on a key hire for their product team.
Heights has grown to £30m ARR, launched into Boots, and is heading for £50m+ with a team of just 20. What sets them apart is how seriously they take the science. They run clinical trials on their own supplements, and that evidence shapes everything they make. It's a big part of why their customers stay.
Why this role is special
At Heights, great products are the biggest growth lever. As Product Development Lead, you'll take briefs and formulations from the founding team and turn them into products customers love. Heights doesn't launch something new every month. The focus is on getting every detail right: how a product tastes, feels, performs, arrives and fits into someone's life.

You'll own three areas:
- New products: Bring core and gifting products from brief to shelf. You'll source suppliers, run sampling rounds, iterate on taste, texture and format, and solve the practical problems (lids, bottles, odour, usability) through to production.
- Existing range improvement: Improve the products Heights already sells through new formats, packaging and formulation changes.
- Packaging & experience: Own packaging, gifting and unboxing across D2C and retail. You'll work closely with Design and build sustainability into every decision.
This is a small, low-hierarchy team where everyone owns something real. You'll work directly with the founders, alongside Product, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain and Science.
Who we're looking for
- 3–5 years in product development, NPD, technical/quality or sourcing, with products taken from brief to launch
- CPG experience, ideally in food, drinks, powders, RTD, effervescents or VMS (nutrition is a strong plus)
- Sharp product judgement on taste, texture and format
- Hands-on supplier and sampling experience, with the organisation to juggle multiple projects
- Highly autonomous and commercially minded, and at home in a fast-growing business without a playbook
