Currently working with a globally recognised entertainment company, looking to recruit an experienced Product Development Manager to join their EMEA team on a 12-month maternity cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a product development professional to work across some of the world's most recognisable entertainment properties, with a particular focus on Toys, Games and Promotional products (hardline).

This role sits at the heart of the product development function, translating iconic entertainment characters and stories into compelling consumer products across EMEA. You'll help inspire product development, bring creative concepts to life and ensure products deliver an exceptional experience for fans while remaining true to franchise guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day creative product development of Toys, Games and Promotional products across EMEA
  • Translate storytelling, characters and IP into innovative product concepts and applications
  • Work closely with creative, commercial and franchise stakeholders to develop inspirational product concepts
  • Support the creative management of a major global toy partner account, providing direction and feedback throughout the process
  • Research trends across toys, games, graphics, illustration and consumer products
  • Develop and present creative concepts and product visions clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with licensees and product development teams to deliver fresh, compelling designs
  • Manage product approval timelines and ensure timely, high-quality feedback

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in 3D product development
  • Excellent knowledge of product construction and manufacturing processes
  • A strong understanding of trends, competitors and the wider toy/product marketplace
  • The ability to communicate and present creative ideas confidently
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A willingness and ability to travel when required
