The Brand
An INCREDIBLE opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing baby and personal care brands, recognised in The Sunday Times Fastest Growing Private Companies rankings in both 2025 and 2026! This ambitious, disruptive business is entering a HUGE new phase of growth, expanding beyond its hugely successful core range into gifting, textiles, apparel and lifestyle products. They're now looking for a Product Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of their journey.
The Role
As Product Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build entirely new product categories from the ground up, taking ownership of everything from initial concepts and sourcing through to sampling, manufacturing and launch. Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll drive innovation across gifting, baby and children's textiles, accessories and apparel, bringing exciting new products to market. This is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact within a rapidly scaling business where your ideas can become reality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
